Great success for the 61 th edition of the Centomiglia, the most important sailing regatta on lake in Europe, as always, organized by the Circolo Vela Gargnano.
The race has long been fought and full of twists, especially in the morning for low wind speed.
In class Surprise were 11 boats at the start, after 11 hours, 39 minutes and 50 seconds AUT-38 "Testarossa" owner Mario Del Bello and helmsman Andreas Sammer with full inventory Blue Phoenix sails is ranked 2nd place.

04/09/2011 - 45° Trofeo Riccardo Gorla

270 boats of 18 different nations participated in the 45th Trofeo Riccardo Gorla and 50Miglia of Lake Garda. For Class Surprise 13 boats present, victory of ITA-1370 "Surprendimi" owner Michele De Rossi with full inventory Blue Phoenix sails.

Three wonderful days of high-level sailing characterized the Venice on Sail, reserved to ORCi race boat, race valid as selection for the Italian Championship to be held in Trieste July 17th to 23rd.
ITA-9898 "L.S.D." 3/4 TON owner Giorgio Chersano with full inventory Blue Phoenix sails is ranked 3rd place in ORC class B and 4th overall, and is selected for the Italian Offshore ORCi Championship.

19/04/2011 - Campionato Primavela CNSM 2011

It ended with seven races done this edition of Campionato Primavela, organized by Circolo Nautico Santa Margherita in collaboration with docks Marina 4 and Orologio.
ITA-9898 "L.S.D." 3/4 TON owner Giorgio Chersano is ranked 2nd place in IRC class 3, ITA-15844 "Furkolkjaaf" J 92 S owner Massimo Polo is ranked 3rd IRC class 3, both with full inventory Blue Phoenix sails.

28/11/2010 - Campionato Autunnale CNSM 2010

From 14 to 28 November there was the Campionato Autunnale organized by Circolo Nautico Porto Santa Margherita, 46 boats entered divided in classes IRC 1, 2, 3, Minialtura, Cruise 1 e 2.
Despite the adverse weather conditions during the weekend of racing were completed three reces valid for the final classification.
ITA-15766 "Evviva" Elan 340 owner Massimo Dainese is ranked in 1st place in class IRC 3 and in class libera D, with a full inventory Blue Phoenix sails.

26/10/2010 - Surprise Class

Continued research and development of sails for class Surprise with the aim of improving the performance of our product which is already very good, after a first phase redesign of the shapes with innovative software SMAR-Azure, we moved to the stage of aerodynamic and aerolastic analysis of the sails.
In collaboration with some owners of the class will run a series of speed tests to verify in practice the whole project.

Sunday, June 27 in front off the gulf of Grado was held on the 23rd edition of La Graisana, open regatta with 50 boats entered. In overall and in the Alfa class the winner is "Marchingenio" owner Silvio Cividin skippered by Alberto Zane, second in overall and winner in class Bravo for "Marinariello" owner Carlo De Bona

It conclude the 36th edition of the classic long race of Adriatic, with the line honour X2 and first in class 1 X2 IRC for "Marinariello" owner Carlo De Bona, well conducted by Berti Bruss e Walter Gruden.

06/06/2010 - Austrian Surprise Champioship 2010

From June 3 to 6 there was the Austrian Surprise Championship on the lake Achensee, organized by YachtKlub Achenkirch, 16 boats representing Austria, Switzerland and France.
After the four days of racing AUT-38 "Punta de l'Este" with the helmsman Andreas Sammer is ranked in 4th place, winning the national title, followed by AUT-78 "Rejo" owner and helmsman Josef Ascher, both equipped with sails Blue Phoenix.

23/05/2010 - La Duecento 2010

Concludes the sixteenth edition of the La Duecento Lombardini Cup, May 21 to 23, organized by the Circolo Nautico Porto Santa Margherita. The route of 200 miles along the route Caorle-Grado-Sansego and return to go as quickly as possible is given, with all crew that reserved to only two skippers.
The Farr 40 ITA-12999 "Marinariello" owner Carlo De Bona registered to the X2 with the skippers Berti/Gruden after 32 hours and 21 minutes of racing, ranks 2nd place in Class 1.

17/05/2010 - Italian Open Soling Championship 2010

Was held at Circolo Vela Bellano, on the eastern shore of lake Como, the Italian Open soling Championship. 13 crew racing, for 4 nations rapresented. ITA-119 owner Boracchi Federico with the new set of sails by Blue Phoenix, after 4 races sailed in winds between 20 and 28 knots, ending 8th overall and 5th of italians.

Was held last weekend the 36th edition of the Regata dei 2 Golfi organized by Yacht Club Lignano, ITA-12999 "Marinariello" Farr 40 owner De Bona Carlo comes in 2nd place in IRC class A1, while ITA-15844 "Furkolk Jaaf" J92 owner Polo Massimo closes in 3rd place in IRC class B.
Both with Blue Phoenix's sail with technology "X-VM".

Blue Phoenix uses SMAR-Azure as software for the design of its sails. SMAR-Azureis an integrated software that allows the sail designer to move freely in all phases of design of the sails.
Allows to carry out the 3D shape of the sail and the fiber in two distinct phases of design: then the simulation phase is by placing the sail on the rigging of the boat for a more accurate fluid dynamics and structural analysis of the product.
Big news is the possibility to analyze both the mainsail and the jib.
Only at the end of this study Blue Phoenix's sail starts its production.
